The following updates have recently came out and have been known to cause errors in this application which will not allow the application to run. Please verify your system does not have the following updates installed:

•    Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (KB928365)
•    Hotfix for Microsoft .net framework 2.0 (KB922981)

2) New West Technologies is working on a solution to this.  Until then, it is recommended to rollback the update.  This can be done from Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs then look for:

•    Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (KB928365)
•    Hotfix for Microsoft .net framework 2.0 (KB922981)

2.    If you are just installing the WI you may notice the PC has found available updates for your PC (See yellow shield in PC task bar - lower right corner of PC - )

?    Double click the Install Shield
?    Select Custom Install
?    Uncheck the updates listed step 3
?    Select OK
?    Check box to not be notified of these updates

It is now ok to set Automatic updates back to previous settings. Please let me know if you have any questions.
