eSync Maintenance Details |
An infrastructure improvement of Kosmos eSync is scheduled for Friday, Jan 20th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Customers will experience a service interruption of up to 4-6 hours during the maintenance window and we will continue to monitor the platform for an reported problems over the weekend. This maintenance is part of a large series of improvements & added features for Kosmos eSync. We suggest downloading orders in the AM or at the end of the day or Saturday am. Some of the new features are listed below and include: 1) Action Configuration available in customer dashboard, includes setting your own time stamp for Actions. 2) API Adapter for New System integrations (API Adapter will allow our team to add new systems including, WooCommerce and finalize Shopify after the new system launch or by March-1-17.
