An infrastructure improvement of Kosmos eSync is scheduled for Saturday, April 8th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST. Customers will experience a service interruption of up to 4 hours during the maintenance window and we will continue to monitor the platform for an reported problems over the weekend. This maintenance is part of a large series of improvements & added features for Kosmos eSync. We suggest turning off your schedules for updating products during this time. Feel free to keep your schedule running for downloading orders, if you'd like.
